The Day was nice, clear and cool perfect for running and walking we started from where we always start Chief Little Turtle Statue in Covington KY.

Peace Walk Towards a Nuclear Free Future See the Updates from Ireland and Scotland As I write this I am in a jail cell in Dumbarton, Scotland. I am alone, with no furnishings except a steel toilet, a concrete bed, and a thin pad with two blankets for sleeping. It is about 7:00 pm though I can’t say for sure because they took my watch. The reason I am here is that I, along with eight others with Footprints For Peace, blockaded the gates of Faslane, a Trident nuclear submarine base about thirty miles north of Glasgow.
The crowd started to gather on Fountain Square in Cincinnati Ohio we have come together to Show our support for the people of Darfur.
After a long drive Larry, Jon, Angie and myself were ready to stretch our legs and let DC know how we feel about the illegal war going on in Iraq.

FootPrints
for Peace has initiated a four year campaign to bring pressure upon the
U.N. regarding it's negotiations on weapons of mass destruction and the
nuclear industry. As part of our ongoing efforts to create a nuclear
free future we are collecting signatures for the 2010 Nuclear
Non-Proliferation Treaty. This petition will demand will demand the
member states of the United Nations take serious actions towards nuclear
disarmament throughout the world.
