Click here 		One Day Of Peace Run January 1st 2003
About 9am we were at a United Dairy Farmers and I had asked the clerk if it was okay for us to have a short gathering in the store because it was raining so hard outside she said sure.

Run for Freedom 1997 - 2007
Since 1997 the Run for Freedom has been running and walking great distances to different Communities through out the United States. Carrying the story of Leonard Peltier in the hope of raising awarness of his case. 		To read

Click here 		Nuclear Free Future 2003 - 2006
The Gaseous Diffusion Plant, located near Portsmouth, Ohio, this plant began operations in 1954 as part of a U.S. government expansion program for the production of highly enriched uranium to fuel military reactors, nuclear weapons production and for use at the Y-12 plant in Oakridge TN.

Prisoners Of Conscience Event 2003 - 2007
Two runners and a van, with a key shared between them. The strategy was to drop runner 1, drive up, runner 2 starts running, runner 1 finishes and drives up, etc. Through this strategy they covered 47 miles. The running began at five a.m. in the midst of fog and darkness. 		To read

Click here 		1000 Mile Four Directional Run 2004 - 2005
The road can be a harsh taskmaster. A gentle rain fell all night and preceded a cool grey drizzling dawn that was announced by a blinding flash of lightning followed by a long, long rolling thunder.

Close the SOA Event 2004 - 2007
As per usual, the raving redhead was shaking the tents at 0 dark 30 (barely daylight), so that we could get an early start to our miles for the day, and link up with the walk from Atlanta and proceed up to the gates of Ft. Benning together. 		To read

Click here 		Stop the Bombs International Peace Walk 2005
In the early hours of March 14th, 2005 all those who gathered in the Oak Ridge - Knoxville area to take part in this historic walk arose, had some breakfast and made ready to begin the walk from the Y12 Complex in Oak Ridge to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty talks at the United Nations in New York City.

The Peace Walk to Vancouver began with an Interfaith Ceremony at the sacred burial grounds of Chief Seattle on Bainbridge Island WA on the beautiful morning of the 9th June 2006. As the group of 20 International walkers circled Chief Seattle’s burial site to honor a great leader of the Suquamish and Duwamish Indian Tribes

Scotlands Long Walk for Peace 2006
On September 14th 2006 a large group of people began a 6 day, 85 mile walk from Faslane Submarine base to the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh to oppose the Blair Governments recent announcement to replace or upgrade Trident Submarines 		To read

Click here 		International Peace Walk tawords a Nuclear Free Future - 2007
We began our walk with great anticipation after a good night's rest at St. Nicholas of Myra Parish Hall. As we walked through the streets of Dublin we got lots of support from its residents with thumbs up and honking of horns. We make a pretty impressive sight with lots of flags, drumming and chanting, and our banner giving our intention of walking from Dublin to London in 86 days.
